Origine : Beaune, wine capital of Burgundy, half-way between Dijon and Chalon sur Saône, produces essentially red wines in an area with strong a geological identity: calcareous and marl. The orientation varies from east to southeast to directly south. Wine from Beaune was known in the past for being lightbodied. Today it is generous and full-bodied, ideal for keeping. The Premiers Crus represent three-fourths of the planted area, or about 410 ha. The hillsides spread between 220 and 350 m in altitude facing the rising sun, or southeast. 42 vineyards are classified as Premiers Crus.
Soil: brown limestone, white and yellow marl on the higher ground; ferruginous gravel downhill and limestone with yellow and red clay on the piedmont plains. Les Aigrots is a parcel classified Premier Cru which is found in the southern part of the designation, on the upper hillside of Saint Désirée Mountain, between the Clos des Mouches and Champs-Pimont parcels. Origine : Village in the south of the Côte de Beaune, Chassagne provides the vines a hillside with an east/southeastern exposure between Puligny-Montrachet and Santenay. This designation successfully blends the two great Burgundy grape varieties. Surface area: 300 ha of which 55% white wines. Soil: brown limestone and clayey for the whites and calcareous marls for the reds. The Vergers parcel is on the border of Saint-Aubin, below the Macherelles and Chenevottes. This part of Chassagne seems to have been dedicated to the culture of fruit trees. 9 ha 41 ares 22 ca, of which 8 ha in white wines with an eastern exposure.

Origin : For several years, Patriarche has developed its suppliers in the Burgundy designation area in the departments of Yonne, Côte d’Or and Saône-et-Loire. In order to guarantee quality grapes, the viticulturists and associations of viticulturists scrupulously respect the precise specifications established by our team of oenologists. All of these precautions are taken in order to guarantee the constant quality of our Crémant de Bourgogne. Made predominately from Chardonnay for finesse and elegance, and Pinot Noir for structure, our Crémant is made according to the traditional method. Base wines are bottled in January of the year following harvesting and aged on lees for 12 to 15 months. This ageing on lees is a quality factor which provides a more pronounced maturity.

Origine : Depuis 1979, nous cultivons des cassis à Beaune, au coeur du Domaine KRITER. Notre production est assemblée avec des cassis sélectionnés soigneusement pour leurs qualités. Un savoir-faire unique, allié à la macération traditionnelle des fruits frais, donnent à notre Crème sa concentration et son goût incomparable.C'est au célèbre Chanoine Félix Kir (député-Maire de la ville de Dijon après la 2nde guerre mondiale) que l'on doit le célèbre apéritif bourguignon mêlant la crème de Cassis et le Bourgogne Aligoté. Si le blanc cassis se consommait déjà au début du XIXè Siècle. il l'a imposé à tous les vins d'honneurs de la commune pendant son long mandat (22 ans).
